Return & Refund Policy

All Varsity Snug robes are made to order. The second you place your order, production kicks off — your robe is being cut, sewn, and prepped just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

What this means:

• No refunds once your order is placed
• No exchanges for different teams, sizes, or colors
• No cancellations after checkout

Double check before you order:

• Your team pick
• Your size (check our size guide)
• Your shipping address

The only exceptions:
If your robe arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement.
